- What insurance companies do you work with?

Burton Collision Center works directly with all insurance providers, and you legally have the right to have your repairs done at the shop of your choice-- no insurance company can require you to use a particular repair shop. Just bring us your estimate for repair or your claim check, and we'll do the rest.
- What if I don't want to use my insurance? Can I still come to your shop?

- We understand that for certain repairs, you don't want or need to involve your insurance company. i.g. - What should I do if I'm involved in an accident?
- Stop immediately, but do not obstruct traffic.
- Assist anyone who is injured. Call 911, repeat after 5 minutes.
- Secure names, phone numbers and addresses of other drivers and witnesses.
- Secure make, model and license number of all vehicles involved.
- Make a rough drawing of the scene, showing the positions of all vehicles.
- Don't hastily accept claim settlements at the scene of the accident.
- Remain calm, courteous and consistent in your version of the accident.

- If my vehicle cannot be driven, how can I get it to the shop?

- If it is not safe or possible to drive your vehicle into i.g. Burton Collision Center, yourself, we strongly advise that you do not attempt to drive it. Instead, contact us and we can help you choose a towing company to safely transport your vehicle for you.
- If I have to leave my vehicle at the Collision Center, do you have rentals?

- Yes, i.g. Burton Collision Center has an Enterprise Rent-a-Car on the premises for your convenience.
